This Privacy Policy explains how TractionX ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the information associated with your account when you use our Founder OS platform. Your business data is stored securely in our cloud database and is accessible only to you and the people you explicitly invite.

Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, and an encrypted password used for authentication.
Company data: financials, goals, daily updates, tasks, team members, hierarchy, and settings you create for each company workspace.
Collaboration data: consultant and investor invitations, assigned roles, and permissions.
Billing data: subscription plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) and billing status. Payment method details are processed securely by our payment provider (Razorpay) and never stored by us.
Usage data: basic, anonymous analytics about how the platform is used to improve performance and reliability.

How your data is stored and protected

All business data is stored in our secure cloud database with row-level security. Each company workspace is isolated and accessible only to you and the members you invite, based on role-based permissions. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in the database. We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Razorpay).

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third party. The only people who can see your company data are those you explicitly invite as consultants or investors. Access can be revoked at any time. We share data only with our service providers (authentication, payment processing, hosting) as necessary to operate the platform, and only under appropriate data protection agreements.

Children's privacy

TractionX is intended for business founders and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.
