TractionX is a Founder OS that helps you track your business goals, financials, tasks, and team collaboration. Your business data — financials, goals, daily updates, tasks, team information, and everything else you enter — is stored securely in our cloud-hosted database so you can access it from any device, anywhere. It is never stored only on your local device.

What data we store

Account data: your name, email address, and an encrypted password used for authentication.
Company data: financials, goals, daily updates, tasks, team members, and settings you input for each company workspace.
Collaboration data: invitations, roles, and permissions you assign to consultants and investors.
Subscription and billing data for your active plan.

How your data is stored

All business data is stored in our secure cloud database with row-level security policies that ensure only you and the people you invite can access your company's data. Each company workspace is isolated, and access is controlled by role-based permissions. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS and at rest in the database. Because your data lives in the cloud, it syncs across all your devices automatically.

Your data is yours

You retain full ownership of every piece of information you enter into TractionX. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data. You can export your data at any time using the export options inside the dashboard (PDF, CSV), and you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Data sharing and access

You control who sees your data. When you invite a consultant or investor to a company workspace, they gain access only to that specific company's dashboard based on the role you assign them. You can revoke access at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third party.

Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card number, UPI credentials, or net banking details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay. We only store your active plan and billing status.

Data security

Account credentials are encrypted and managed by our authentication provider. All network communication uses industry-standard TLS encryption. Row-level security policies enforce that only authorized users can read or modify company data. Our cloud infrastructure is monitored and maintained with regular security updates.

Export & deletion

You can export your data at any time using the export options inside the dashboard. To permanently delete your data, contact us at the email below and we will remove your account and all associated company data from our servers.
